Events - $3000 in addition to stay. 50 people max.
Payment Policies
- Rentals include the nightly rate plus a $300 maintenance fee and 11% tax.
- All reservations require a $1000 deposit at the time of reservation.
- The full balance is due 90 days prior to the arrival date, minus the $1000 deposit. Online payments are through electronic check, we do not process credit cards.

Cancellations/Refunds
- Once a payment is made it is non-refundable. However, if the reserved dates are rebooked all but $500 will be refunded.
